4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges (if any) are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

5. Orders and Payment

We currently accept:

  • bKash (Personal) — send payment to the number provided at checkout and share your Transaction ID as instructed.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash upon delivery, after inspecting your parcel.

Orders paid via bKash are held as “pending” until we manually verify the payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified or fulfilled, with a full refund where payment was already received.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched, by contacting us directly. Once an order has been handed to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled, though our standard Refund & Returns Policy still applies on delivery.

7. Delivery

Orders are delivered via our courier partner (currently Steadfast) to the address provided at checkout. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes and charges. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address and phone number provided are accurate and reachable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of [Brand Name] unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
